You can get tailored feedback based on your sessions and advice on how to perform the sessions!

6 Week Strict HSPU Programme

6 Week Build to Your First Pull Up

6 Week Pull Up Programme

The aim of these programmes are to increase your gymnastic capacity through 3 varying sessions a week.

 

Our most popular programme "The handstand push up programme" for example - will combine interference work, complementary work and dense isolated volume through handstand push ups to help increase your bodies work capacity and ability to flush specific muscle groups. There is also accessory work included.

These programmes have been thoroughly tested and have proven results!

BUILD YOUR ENDURANCE

8 WEEK PB YOUR 5km RUN

Improve your running endurance and aerobic capacity in just 8 weeks.

3 Running Sessions a week that are written to gradually increase your mileage and confidence no matter what your ability is.

Sessions include:

-Sprint Work

-Varying Distance Intervals (short & long)

-Slow and Long

-Building Leg Endurance

BUILD YOUR STRENGTH

9 Week Build My Squat

This squat programme has been designed to help build your Back Squat/Front Squat/Overhead Squat

 

The aim of this programme is to increase your strength, stability and endurance through 3 varying sessions a week.

​

The combination of tempos and pauses, single leg work and muscular endurance training will help increase your bodies raw strength

​

3 Sessions a week, designed to be done alongside class programming or other programmes.
