Book your FREE TRIAL
select any one of our classes in our calendar and get shown round by one of our coaches

Book your Beginner's course.
This is 2 x Personal Training sessions as part of our onboarding process on a Thursday 7:30pm. They introduce you to all the movements you will see in a class and gives our coaches an opportunity to give tailored feedback as to how you can train with CrossFit.

Once Beginner's Course is purchased.
You have access to ALL Classes for 1 Weeks at The Training Zone, with UNLIMITED ACCESS per week, so you can experience everything that we do!

After your 2 x PT Sessions you can roll onto a CrossFit membership (GOLD or SILVER or HIIT) of your choice which will be pro-rata based on the day you join in a month.
