The Training Zone is a fun welcoming environment for all fitness levels where we challenge ourselves every day in the pursuit of health and wellness. We are a community-focused class-based gym and emphasise passion ambition and community to improve yourself.  We have an incredible 3,000sq.ft facility in the heart of Welwyn Garden City fitted with ventilation, air conditioning/heating, showers and toilets with a team that delivers the TTZ Experience!

Our goal is to make you the best you and have fun getting there.

We also have a cafe in our reception for all members to refresh, get their caffeine fix and socialise!

TTZ 

EXCEED

A 45-minute in'n'out workout for those looking to squeeze in some training around their busy schedules. This class focuses on muscular endurance, blending unique exercises together to provide a full body session. 

This class is the perfect add-on to your regular training.

TTZ

PERFORMANCE

Competitors class (open to all abilities). For those wanting to compete. Take on multiple workouts, including team workouts, and learn pacing, tactics and how to attack specific workouts!

AEROBIC

ENDURANCE

 

Long conditioning workouts to build your endurance and fitness, using bodyweight/rowers/ski ergs/bikes. The best way to build your engine!

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Practice, learn and become proficient in the Olympic Lifts: Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Each class includes a compound/accessory lift then a variation of the Snatch or Clean & Jerk.

High-Intensity Interval Training.

Expect a variety of movements performed to make you sweat. These classes will include up to 45 minutes of ultimate calorie burning fun circuits.

The facilities, coaching and community at this gym are second to none. They also have really good coffee which helps... I've now been there for over a year, and as my first CrossFit gym I really recommend this to anyone who is just starting out and wants to try it or is established in working out/CF.
