This exclusive class is designed for those aged 50+/60+/70+.
It is also a great starting point if you are especially nervous about getting into the gym.
There is no reason to limit yourself because of your age or ability. Our goal is to unlock the freedom of movement and prepare you for anything life may throw your way.
Our expert coaches have years of experience and knowledge and we want to put it to use by showing you there is no expiry on when to start your fitness journey.

TTZ Comets: Year 3 – Year 6 ( 7 – 11 Yrs Old)

Classes will be run in 6 week blocks in line with the local schools calendar year. Termly memberships will be available or pay as you go. Memberships to be paid on the first session of every term.
TTZ Stars – Each session will consist of a game based warm up then a movement specific coaching session which will sometimes have a short workout included. We will finish each session with a fun game based which will include elements involving team work, hand eye co-ordination and movement awareness. Emphasis will be on having fun in the gym environment.
TTZ Comets - Each session will start with a game based warm up then a movement or skill specific coaching session. We will then move on to a workout which will normally be team orientated and include the movements covered in the first part of the class. We will finish each session with a fun game which will include elements involving team work, hand eye co- ordination and movement awareness. Emphasis will be on fun but with the addition of coached skills and movements
TTZ Meteors – Each session will start with a fun heart rate raiser followed by movement prep and in to a coached skill/ movement session. We will then have a workout involving the movements covered in the first part of the class. Some weeks may be more strength based than others – scaled to meet the needs of each individual child. If time we will finish with a game. Emphasis will be on Skill and Movement coaching whilst having fun In all sessions we will always be looking at movement quality and educating/helping the children to improve this as their fitness improves
